Payment Policy
Nina Camisi accept payments by PayPal.
You can also pay with your credit/ debit card trough PayPal, even if you don't have PayPal account.


Shipping Policy

Nina Camisi offer worldwide priority shipping.
The production time is 1-5 business days (except some specific items), excluding weekends and holidays, after we receive the payment.

Regular delivery time:
EU – from 4 to 14 working days
US, Australia, Canada – from 7 to 27 working days
Other countries - depends on how your local postal services work.

Sometimes it could take a little longer. Depend on how post office works, which we cannot control and the post office does not guarantee the delivery time.

The buyer is responsible for any customs charges, like import duties and taxes if they are presented in buyers country.

Your receipt is store on your Etsy Account. You can view and print your receipt by going to "your account" at the top right of your screen and click on "purchase". This will show your ship date and allow you to print your receipt.


Refund Policy

You have to contact us if you want to return any product.
The shipping cost is non-refundable. Buyer is always responsible for return shipping costs.

To receive a refund, merchandise must be returned within 14 days of delivery date.
A refund will be provided within 15 working days of receipt of returned goods.
Returned goods are subject to inspection. Merchandise that has been altered or damaged (except manufacturing defect) is non-returnable.
